At Pahiyaa, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness for all parties involved. To ensure a smooth process, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Same-Day Cancellations

If you cancel your booking on the same day as your scheduled tour or service, no refund will be issued. We prepare extensively for each booking, and same-day cancellations do not provide us with adequate time to fill the slot with another customer. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as last-minute cancellations impact our ability to operate efficiently.

One-Day Before Cancellation

If you cancel your booking one day prior to the scheduled date of your tour or service, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. This partial refund policy reflects the resources and preparation that have already gone into organizing your experience, while also offering some flexibility for unforeseen circumstances.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us through one of the following methods:

• Email: Send an email to pahyaa@gmail.com with your booking reference number, full name, and the date of the scheduled service. Please indicate your reason for cancellation.
• Phone: Call us directly at +91 9106871984 and provide your booking details for cancellation.

All cancellations will be confirmed via email or phone within 24 hours.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund (based on the cancellation timelines mentioned above), the refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method you used when booking.

Please note:

• Refunds for cancellations made on the same day of the service or no-shows will not be processed.
• For group tours or special events, different cancellation policies may apply. Please check your booking details or contact our team for more information.
